We accept devices sent by post from anywhere in the UK. Package your device securely and include a note describing the issue. We will contact you with a quote before proceeding with any repair.
Walk-In Service
No appointment necessary for initial assessments. Simply bring your device during opening hours and our team will diagnose the issue while you wait. For complex repairs, we may need to keep the device overnight.

How long will my repair take?
Most common repairs such as screen replacements and battery swaps are completed within 24 to 48 hours. More complex repairs may require 3 to 5 working days depending on parts availability.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, all our repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will repair it at no additional cost.
Will I lose my data?
We take every precaution to preserve your data during repairs. However, we recommend backing up your device before sending it in. For data recovery services, preservation is our primary goal.
